First time visit that they were actually open. The hours vary and have since been posted on the door. The place was pretty full And the parking lot was also full. I ordered the rib tips but was informed no ribs for the day due to a customer buying them out. It was 12:45 and they closed at 3 so no biggie. I went for the 2 meat plate that comes with 2 sides for $15. I ordered the pulled pork and for a $2 up charge 1/4 lb of Brisket. I wasn't asked what piece of the brisket I like or wanted but the selection was a little fatty and a little dry. Not bad flavor but not any smoke ring. Tasted like pot roast. The pulled pork was delicious and tender. There are quite a few sauces to choose from and I went with one spicy and one sweet. The spicy is not hot at all and a little sweet and the sweet was more tangy than sweet. Overall not bad flavor. The green and beans were my two sides. The beans are amazing with great texture and a thick hearty sauce. The greens were not my favorite and a little bitter. For $18 I'll chalk this one up to a first time learning experience and next time hopefully I get to try the ribs. The seating inside was casual and comfortable and not cramped. Service was fast and efficient.

Baltimore Brisket sandwich with collard greens lunch-perfection! Don't change a thing. Only disappointment was no ice for my sweet tea

I used to get the tenderloin, then I found the Kansas City. Brisket piled high with onion rings and provolone on a brioche bun. Add their sauces and you have something magical. I use all of the sauces and eat my sandwich over my fries. After my sandwich I have brisket and bbq fries. The fries are amazing on their own. I never leave hungry, plenty of food for the money. Maybe my favorite restaurant ever. The staff, a bunch of great guys. Tip them cash, they deserve it! This isn't fast food.

Delicious, great people, the ambiance is just what you expect out of a place that sells meat meat and more meat. Oh their sides and sauces are great too, but the meats yum.

This is a must stop hole in the wall! Came on a Friday during lunch rush at noon but they move quickly! Sauces all on the side which is great! Food quality is awesome and accurate! I have to come back! The sauces are not honest. The spicy is not and the hot isn't hot enough. So don't be scared to try them out. Portions are fair but on the smaller side considering this is indiana. Pricing is fair. The menu is straightforward and this place is simple no nonsense. Hard to access the parking lot if you come from the east. Parking is ample if they're not busy. Ordered the chicken dal quarter and it was super juicy but fully cooked!
